These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the joya99 platform and all its services. By browsing the website, registering an account, or participating in any gaming activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

joya99 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To open an account on joya99 and participate in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older. If the date of birth provided at registration is found to be incorrect, the account may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Users in regions where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use joya99. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with their local laws.

2.2 Registration Process and Accuracy of Information

It is mandatory to provide a correct name, mobile number, email address and date of birth when opening an account. joya99 reserves the right to permanently close any account registered with false or incorrect information.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Multiple accounts may not be operated from the same household.
• National ID card or passport details may be requested for identity verification.
• Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

2.3 OTP Verification

An OTP will be sent to your mobile during registration and for certain transactions. This OTP must not be shared with anyone. The user bears full responsibility for any fraudulent activity involving their OTP.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your joya99 account password confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Allowing others to operate or rent out your account is a direct violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Balance and Currency

All transactions on joya99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Account balances will always be displayed in Taka. Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. Identity verification may be required to recover the balance in an inactive account.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used to deposit on joya99. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Once a deposit is successful, the balance is credited instantly.

Use the correct reference number when making a deposit. joya99 will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Larger bank transfers are sent via Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank or BRAC Bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

• Identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be approved if the wagering requirements linked to a bonus have not been met.
• Additional verification documents may be requested if fraud is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The joya99 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To qualify for this bonus, the account must be verified and a bonus code must be active at the time of the first deposit.

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering target will be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

joya99 runs various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, collecting bonuses using different members of the same household, or attempting to bypass bonus terms through any scheme will be treated as fraud. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements apply only to winnings derived from the bonus.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the system will determine which one is used first.

6.1 General Betting Rules

joya99 offers sports betting, casino games, live casino and other gaming sections. Each section has its own game rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant game rules before placing a bet.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

joya99 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• The event does not take place on the scheduled date.
• Evidence of any fraudulent activity is found.
• An incorrect market is created due to a clear data error.

6.3 Special Provisions for Cricket Betting

Special markets are available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international cricket. If a match is abandoned due to rain or weather, the result will be determined in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

6.4 Disputes Over Game Results

If there is any doubt about the result of a game, the support team must be notified within 24 hours. joya99's system logs will serve as the basis for the final decision.

The following activities are entirely prohibited on the joya99 platform and will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance:

1. Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
2. Operating bets or games with the help of bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
3. Betting based on match fixing or insider information.
4. Attempting to hack or breach the security of the platform.
5. Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
6. Stealing or using another user's account information.
7. Spreading false information with the intent to damage the reputation of the platform.
8. Placing bets on behalf of minors or with their permission.

8.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information

8.2 SSL Security

10.3 Maximum Compensation

11.1 Closure by joya99

joya99 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud or legal obligations. The reason for closure will be communicated by email.

11.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. It is advisable to settle all active bets and review any bonus terms before making the request.

11.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is voluntarily closed without any breach of terms, the valid balance will be returned. However, bonus funds and winnings from unmet wagering requirements will not be refunded.

12.1 Completeness of Terms

These terms form the complete legal basis of the relationship between joya99 and the user. No oral or written agreement beyond these terms shall apply.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect.

12.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms are published in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
